The season of Advent is the Christian time of preparation before Christmas. One recent tradition of Epiphany Church has been to have the whole church join in preparing a devotional booklet that guides our collective season of contemplation. Each person receives a theme and scripture verse to use as the basis for their devotional piece. If you would like to write a reflection for the Advent Devotional this year, please see Pastor Dale or contact the church office. |

On Thanksgiving Sunday, November 18th, we will have the opportunity to contemplate all that we are grateful for in our lives. We will also have the chance to give thanks for Epiphany Church and pledge our support for the coming year with our time, talents, and our money. As a family, please give prayerful thought to your ability to contribute to the on-going ministries of Epiphany Church. |

Start the church year right by making Epiphany a bright and clean place to be! Come on Saturday August 18th to dust, mop, organize, sweep, and clean the entire church space, including the parsonage and gardens. Bring your cleaning supplies and join us for coffee and donuts at 9 a.m. Or come anytime during the day and donate as much time as you can. If you are not available that day, we can still use your help with other projects. Contact Alan Neff or Gloria Heatley for more details. |

Pastoral Search Committee Update |
|
Friday, 13 July 2007 |
|
The Search Committee is in the process of finishing the church profile thanks in part, to the wonderful response of the congregation to the church survey. We hope to complete the church profile by the end of June so that we can begin receiving candidate profiles over the summer months. While this is an exciting step forward, please remember that the entire search process is very time-consuming and still will take many more months to complete. We will continue to update the congregation and thank all who participated in the survey. Your time and effort were very much appreciated. Beverly Zbinden, Committee Chair |
